Allegra grew up in the inland NW, with a bit of international travel sprinkled throughout her childhood. Her mom is a retired RN and her dad ran with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain which means she is fiercely prepared when she goes on reckless adventures.

Allegra became an NREMT certified EMT-B when she was tired of taking her four boys to the emergency department on the reg. When basic wasn't enough, she started paramedic school through PERCOM in TX and is currently riding with CDAFD. She started Equip Solutions Group in 2019 and focused on teaching CPR and First Aid to individuals and local businesses. Her knowledge of firearms and medical things combined with a love of teaching and equipping, lead to TACMED (tactical medicine) classes as well as basic firearm courses specific to woman.

After working in the firearms industry, Allegra took a full-time position at North Idaho Ketamine and TMS as their IV Specialist.

Equip Hydration is set out to hydrate bodies and give them the boost necessary to perform at a level above the rest.

Allegra loves fishing with her four boys, paddle boarding with her Australian Shepherd, training jiujitsu, wiping blood off fighters, studying, and all the typical northwest activities.
